Been scanning off and on for awhile now and wherever it was, I can't
seem to repeat this bug since the upgrade.

The most recent available ClamAV version is 0.95.2, and upgrading is
highly recommended.
If you still have that kind of massive directory, could you try scanning
it with this new version of ClamAV, which should be available on
Dapper/Hardy/Intrepid in the -backports repository (see
https://help.ub
If you can create or find a minimal reproducer, that would help a great
deal in diagnosing this bug.
