That just tells me the upstream verison not the Ubuntu version. The
Ubuntu version looks something like 1:3.0.1~blah.

I completed the same upgrade and encountered this problem. I initially
removed openoffice.org-kde (slightly knee jerk reaction, I must admit)
and this resolved the issue.
I have since re-installed openoffice.org-kde and completed the oo
dialogs adjustment as suggested above. All seems to be work
