There is never a menu. Right clicking opens the URL every time with 100%
reliability.

Are you able to reproduce this every time or does the menu not show up
randomly. the bug that this was marked as wasnt that a choice was in
menu but when you sometime right click you see a problem. this is a lot
wider than right clicking causes a menu item to be choose.

It is not completely random. It's a random choice FROM THE MENU. In this
case THERE IS NO MENU. Nothing can be chosen from a menu that doesn't
exist.
