Seeing as Ryan accepted this already, I've uploaded a branch which
changes the default refresh key to F5, but retains the existing shortcut
as well for those that are used to it. You can remove that if you think
it unnecessary :)

Allow F5 key
all apps refresh with F5 key like evolution, firefox so users know the
short key very well, ctrl+R is a combination of two keys and F5 is only
one which make it a quick and easy shortkey.
