The package depended on Amarok 1.4. If someone wants to propose a version that doesn't require Amarok 1.4, then there is a process to get packages added to Ubuntu that anyone is free to follow. It is not appropriate to release with broken, uninstallable packages and so removal was appropriate.

This is ridiculous. Moodbar can be used for more than just Amarok. Plus most people are using Amarok 1.4 from PPA because Amarok 2 is so terrible. Moodbar is a very important feature for DJ's and a very important piece of software which should not be just removed because "Steve and Scott" want it
