capi avm no b-channels
To manage notifications about thi
bug 204624 only fixed support for using fcpci.
the other models (fcusb,fcusb2,fcdsl...) require the same, simple one-line
patch.
i tried applying the patch to fcusb, and it works just fine. patch attached.
