You can compile and install filelight yourself. You first need to
install KDE-dev, and then you can compile filelight without problem:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/download/filelight-1.0$ ./configure && make && sudo make
install

Same happens on Mint KDE 2.2 (filelight 0.99beta6-1ubuntu1). Probably not a
surprise.
