I noticed the following in your dmesg output:

Looks like you have linux-backports-modules installed. Can you try the
newer 2.6.27-11 kernel in intrepid-proposed? I suspect this is likely a
duplicate of bug 294667. Thanks.
And here with the generic Kernel I'm using right know (last one who
supports my WLAN). Maybe you need it to compare.
