Hi,
Yes I can confirm that with my machine that there are no longer
artifacts as of Feisty. However my machine is no longer a standard
install. I am using the radeon driver, and several switches. I can
provide a copy of my xorg.conf if you like. I also want to point out
that initially the artifact

newer versions of Ubuntu (e.g. Feisty)? Thanks!
