Though admittedly it would be good to use a Google-specific plugin because that
means I can see all my calendars. :-)
But I digress... let's fix CalDAV support first.

Also note that using the google calendar specific plugin isn't really an
option because it's broken to the point of uselessness. That's a
separate bug, but it would be better to avoid the need for a separate
plugin altogether by just using caldav properly.
