I didn't try to record anything from a few weeks, and when I tried now
it appears, that everything is OK. Maybe on of the actualizations fixed
it.
P.S. 'sudo pulseaudio -k' gives:
W: ltdl-bind-now.c: Failed to find original dlopen loader.
E: main.c: Failed to kill daemon.

Please stop pulseaudio (in a Terminal, `pulseaudio -k') then record
something using `arecord -Dplughw:0' and then `arecord -Dplughw:1'.
Afterward, verify that the symptom still (or does not) exist.

It was some time ago, since than I have reinstall my Ubuntu. As I
remember default was webcam, but I was trying a few configurations.
Problems were in both configurations. Stange thing is, that for example
Skype works ok (via onboard and webcam microfon) only recording makes
problems.

I am using gnome-sound-recorder. When I used audacity the same problem
appeared. After some time everything was normal, but only for a while.
Now there is the same problem.
