I figured out what happened. It appears that I some how pressed the "J"
while hovering over "New Window", where the menu was open under File >
New Window. It appears that if you press anything while being above that
command it will change the function. I did not realize that it was
changing the com

to change dynamically menu accelerators and hit the j key while a menu
entry was selected?
