Please upgrade to Kubuntu Jaunty.
Also, no developer was able to reproduce this isse so far. Thus upstream
(see KDE bug report) indicated it might be a compability issue, since it
is not appearing in clean accounts (even though that would be weird due
to the newness of your setup).

As previously stated, after adding Trash can plasma widget to the desktop panel.
Upon double clicking the Trash Can, an error message appears ( exactly as the
