Thank you very much. But I solved that problem. The problem was with my
hardware and video drivers.

I changing xorg.conf file by self and same write monitor model, monitor
verical and horizontal syncs by my monitor interval, and modeline same
write. But, dont work.. now i work with os with 71hz refresh rate. Its
maximum... But i know my monitor and video card can work on 85hz.
