postgresql-plperl-8.2 seems to be the problem by looking at the logfiles.
Can you try 'sudo aptitude remove postgresql-plperl-*' this should remove the
conflicting package and then you will be able to reinstall this in Intrepid
after the upgrade is complete by running 'sudo aptitude install
