non-english locales, hence the High importance.

1. Launch f-spot
2. Edit -> Preferences -> Import settings -> Folder. Combo-box is gray and
inactive.

Box is active and av
After running f-spot with LC_ALL=C LANG=C f-spot the box is enabled and
it's possible to set the import path, which will then get stored
correctly to gconf (workaround)
