I have solved the problem by installing latest alsa linuxant driver:
http://www.linuxant.com/alsa-driver/alsa-driver-linuxant_1.0.18git20081020-1_all.deb
Everything works now.
I have only these errors now in the log:

i cannot get sound form vlc, smplayer, flash.. rhythmbox is working, system
sounds are ok

What do you mean by "other media"? Do you mean playing a CD, playing
songs from a USB-attached music player, Flash, non-Rhythmbox-desktop-
media-players?
