Intrepid Ibex reached end-of-life on 30 April 2010 so I am closing the
report. The bug has been fixed in newer releases of Ubuntu.

Jaunty has 1.2.8, so this bug is fixed there. Adding the Intrepid task
as per SRU guidelines. I'll prepare a testing debdiff shortly.

The version in Hardy is too old. I doubt these two fixes will apply

We're practically in FinalFreeze now. There's no chance of a new
upstream version going in, and it's essentially to late for this to go
