To be more specific, downgrading both libgtk-vnc-1.0-0 and python-gtk-
vnc to 0.3.6-2ubuntu2 fixes the problem, but vinagre Depends on 0.3.7
(and vinagre is part of ubuntu-desktop).

I see this too. Intrepid guests seem to be ok, but win2k and Hardy
guests don't ungrab. Need to 'Ctrl+Alt+F2' to console, then do 'virsh
shutdown '. After the machine shuts down, the cursor is
released.
