Also note Bug #271603 which describes a case where submitting the form
resulted in a pop-under that prevented the program from doing anything
else until it was taken care of!
This sort of bad behavior is notorious in the Windows software universe;
let's keep it out of Ubuntu's universe repository

This is highly annoying. You have to register with Sun or this screen will
reappear.
I don't want to have to tell anybody that I use Virtualbox and that is what you
do even if you fill in fake data.
