I've checked, and cbrpager last upstream version is 0.9.22 (released on
2010-10-18) , not 0.9.23.
I've uploaded 0.9.22-1 to Debian a few minutes ago, so Debian and Ubuntu
will be in sync with upstream tomorrow, then this bug could be closed.

It seems that the latest version of cbrPager is 0.9.19, which is already
available in Jaunty.
The original link above confirms this.
The feature list is for something called cbrPager-Maemo, which is - I guess -
something different.
