I have this problem too. I'm using Ubuntu 12.04.
It seems that this problem has existed for more than 3 years and didn't fix yet.

Attached here is a 14MB OGM movie section.
It has DUAL AUDIO stream (which is not important to this bug), but it also has
a SUBTITLE stream in SRT format.
To reproduce the bug:
Load the movie as normal in MPlayer, click with the right mouse button
and then select SUBTITLES -> TRACK0. The embedde
