Suspend missing in 8.10 beta

The system updates from October 14 have solved this issue. I can now
select the Suspend option from the main "Shutdown dialog". Suspend and
resume is working perfectly.
I still do not see a "Suspend" option in the new fast-user-switch
applet, but I'm not sure if it is supposed to be there or not.
