By the way, I don't think importance "wishlist" is appropriate. This is
clearly a packaging bug and a regression, too.

For 2:2.24.1-0ubuntu1 we got "Valgrind Plugin", "Api Help (Devhelp)" and
"Class Inheritance" back.
But the most important of them all - Scintilla - is still missing :(
I'm a bit curious, why was these plugins removed?
