I just (re)tested Kubuntu 7.10 i386 and Kubuntu 8.04 i386; invalid for
these as well. I don't plan on retesting Ubuntu 8.04.1 amd64 any time
soon, unless someone needs me to. (I do plan to do so before the next
time change, though.)

part of the year, Chicago is actually GMT - 5:00. On Sunday, November 2,
2008 at 2:00:00 AM, the clocks were set back one hour. This meant that
Chicago was GMT - 6:00 again. However, prior to that (since Sunday,
