Thanks for the patch.
I think that at this point in time I would rather wait for Debian to
upgrade cdk first; Onkar has already committed work to the Debian VCS
and merging three ways from upstream, Debian and Ubuntu does not sound
particulary appealing.

The attachment "0001-Refresh-patch-as-per-latest-upstream-source-use-
ant..patch" of this bug report has been identified as being a patch in
the form of a debdiff. The ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to
the bug report so that they can review and hopefully sponsor the
debdiff. In the even
CDK 1.4.13 is released now. I have checked the debian/ folder on Alioth,
and have the attached patch to simplify compiling by reducing the amount
of needed patching.
