This should be fixed in Jaunty and Karmic, which have a more recent
version of libselinux.

Each import line referring to "python-sepolgen" should instead refer to
"sepolgen". However, audit2allow still won't because
http://bugs.debian.org/493316 is present in Ubuntu's libselinux.
