the issue is not a gnome-system-monitor one, it could be that xubuntu
doesn't install yelp rather

confirm this bug with xubuntu intrepid alpha 6 with gnome-system-monitor
2.24.0-0ubuntu1
however i cannot reproduce with ubuntu intrepid alpha 6 with
gome-system-monitor2.22.3-0ubuntu2.
