I get the same problem here. Thunderbird is made useless after this
morning's upgrade. Can't write new mail and trying to access the address
book gives me :
XML Parsing Error: syntax error
Location: chrome://messenger/content/addressbook/addressbook.xul
Line Number 1, Column 3: url += "SendChatInv
Reinstall with cleared profiles.ini and reboot gets a fully working
Thunderbird. Changing the profile path in profiles.ini to the proper
absolute path *does* get me to where I want to be -- my profile set up
correctly, all my mail available, and I can send email.
I'm wondering -- was it the reboo
Standard uninstall/reinstall doesn't work. Will try uninstalling,
clearing the profile.ini, and moving existing mail.

PS: "Get Mail" works fine, as well as viewing mail and opening messages
in new windows.
