This was theoretically fixed in Debian (6.1.x) and synced in Ubuntu in
Lucid, see bug 271782. Please test and reopen if you still experience
the issue.

provided by libtomcat5.5-java is a symlink to /usr/share/java/ecj.jar,
that is provided in the libecj-java package.
