I have tired to reproduce it again but it is not possible. What happens
now is, that for a very short time I can see on LG screen size 1280*800
which war original laptop resolution but after moving of mouse it
corrects itself to resolution I want to use - 1650*900.

attach the output of `lspci -vvnn`, and attach your /var/log/Xorg.0.log file
from after reproducing this issue. If you've made any customizations to your
/etc/X11/xorg.conf please attach that as well

I do not think so.
clone mode is used when both displays are on. But now one is switched
off. So what is cloned?
I would also expect on clone mode that my mouse will be limited with
lower resolution. But it is not. I can move my mouse on whole screen
(1650*1050).
