Full backtrace added. Sorry for the wait, but evolution didn't want to crash
anymore. Now it finally crashes again, it keeps on crashing...
Anyhow, killing the data server does not fix the problem, as I said in the
first post.

No, we need a backtrace of the crash, try to get one with the
