problem between 2007 and 2010, but with the following scenario, it
worked:
* Given I install "rails 3.2.12, rake 10.0.3" on "Ubuntu 12.10" using some
of these instructions:

which version of Ubuntu should I check (12.04, 12.10, 13.04, older)?
which version of rails/rake should I check? (2.3.x, 3.0.x, 3.1.x,
3.2.x)?
Why was the "Solution" not implemented - I'm new to Ubuntu development?
