* Resyncronize with debian. Remaining changes:
- add epoch needed for ubuntu.
- debian/control: drop build dependencies on libfaad,
both not in ubuntu/main.
- debian/control: adjust dependency for coping with annoy

Thanks. I have temporarily disabled the mentioned library and now I can use
ffmpeg again.
sudo mv /usr/lib/i686/cmov/libavformat.so.52.7.0
/usr/lib/i686/cmov/libavformat.so.52.7.0.bak
