Confirmed for Ubuntu 8.10 Alpha 4 with all of today's updates. When
trying to install Krusader via Synaptic, Synaptic says:

Depends: libkonq4 (>=4:3.5.8-1) but it is not installable

I am now using krusader-2.0.0-beta1 for 2 days and so far no crashes.
Seems quiet stable to me.
Only thing that bothers me is, that F2 always opens the konsole in ~/
and not the current dir.

Ok, I accidentally changed the epoch to 1 instead of 0, but I've fixed that now.
The interface is a bit cluttered, but Krusader seems to work.
