I can confirm this bug! I am not possible to see any of my calendars in
evolution, it crashes all the time with:
evolution: ../../src/xcb_lock.c:33: _XCBUnlockDisplay: Assertion

Can confirm, that this is still an issue on several intrepid amd64
machines.
Evolution crashes reproducibly when pressing the "Choose Today" button
in the calndar view. I don't seem to be getting any backtraces - just
the before mentioned error message when i start evo from the console.

This is still an issue. I've compiled the latest LordsAWar game on the
officially released Intrepid with today's patches. I'm seeing this
error and it's causing the game to abort.

I just ran into a similar Problem.
Intrepid i386.
It didn't happen before, but I received a lot of emails during some days of
abscence and now evelotion wont start up.
