Notice that I receive ip address from the same router if I try to connect
manually, so this isn't related to mac-address.
I don't know if I correctly understand the log, but it seems that a request is
broadcasted to assign specific IP address, the router could deny assigning it
if for example it

Actually the problem isn't always reproducible.
The warning icon appears in Notification Area when the icon is clicked.
