The debdiff in that bug report does not fix template files which are
absolutely needed so it should not be uploaded to repositories. Thanks
for this good work, I'll take care to add your fix while upgrading
lightning-extension-locales to 0.8 (bug 236964).

Uploaded a debdiff that could fix it.
Also bumped standards version to 3.8.0, and moved Homepage infos in appropriate
fields.
