Same problem with Ubuntu Karmic - clicking the X doesn't close it, and the context menu in the tray doesn't uncheck "show contact window" when I click it. I'm running the latest from the repository, 2.29.3. I opened up the debug menu and when I click the X it shows empathy_conf_set_bool: Setting
