This is no longer an issue for me. Our company has upgraded most of the
Ubuntu workstations to 8.10 without any problems with FX.

I can switch tabs with mouse but CAN'T enter a url in the address bar,
hit enterbecause I get a page of errors when I do. I have to google the
website and click on it manually. I can highlight text I want to copy,
then go up and hit "edit" then "copy" then go to where I want it and hit
"edit" and

Same problem here after the latest update: I can't switch tabs with
mouse (Ctrl+Tab works) and there's no way to enter an URL (the field
doesn't accept enter and the arrow icon is not working). Only way to
enter URL's is to use search engine such as Google.
