Just as an update: the segfault vanishes as soon as the two lines
label="r" and label="p" are removed. This really seems to be a problem
in graphviz itself that is most probably fixed in 2.12.
Now, if only I was able to create a .deb for 2.12... ;)

I found another file (see the attached file bc_si.dot) that causes
graphviz to segfault, although I don't know if this is related to the
same bug.
