Thank you for taking the time to report bugs. However, I am marking this
bug as invalid. Pidgin is an instant messaging program, not a web
browser. The SSL/TLS is required by Google to login, however Gmail
defaults to unencrypted after login. Pidgin is not responsible for
Google's policies. However
