Works well for me too. Did you try to save any other file in your home
directory? Were you able to do that? Because I feel some other settings
would have altered the permissions and hence this problem. Couldn't be a
SpeedCrunch issue.

That was the problem.
But I don't changed the permissions of the file. For it, I think that is a
packaging bug.

It works OK for me (same versions). It looks like the config is saved
in: <~/.config/SpeedCrunch/SpeedCrunch.conf> have you checked that you
have write access to this file and the directory?
