Dear Chris and Ubuntu developers team: I found that actually the misbehaviour was because I had one sim of 512mb bad - actually the socket was very dirty. After removing it and cleaning the motherboard I found none problem at all with Ubuntu. Tnx a lot for your time, it's very challenging at time
