In my opinion, the fix should be similar to when you want to play a mp3 the
first time.
Simply, opening a dialog that asks you to install unrar (or unrar-free).

I've marked this bug as 'Incomplete' instead of 'Invalid'. The issue is
confirmed and someone started making a patch... and the issue is still
with us in Ubuntu 8.04
