Can you give some more information about your setup? Eg your version of
Ubuntu, package versions of Compiz/Compiz Fusion, what plugins you have
enabled for Compiz. Also, does the glitch happen with compiz using
default settings?

I could not reproduce this on a Compaq laptop with Intel GMA915 running
Intrepid AMD64.

I made other tryings. It "works" also on the bottom left corner, and
with window of any size...
