How can I check this?
cryptsetup_2:1.0.6-2ubuntu6 is not (yet) in the repo. I will wait till
tomorrow.

please also try with version cryptsetup_2:1.0.6-2ubuntu6, the location of the
binaries in the initramfs has been fixed.
Please additionally atttach your /etc/crypttab file and the output of
the command:
# update-initramfs -u -k all
