happens on ALL reported attack sites.
Firefox 3.0.6 on Intel c2d iMac with OS X 10.5.6 (Leopard)
It happens on a jquery website for me.

I am able to confirm it with firefox (3.0~rc1+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.8.04.1)
Steps to reproduce,
0) Ensure that "Tell me if the site I'm visiting is a suspected attack
site/foregery site" is enabled in preference (by default, both are enabled)
