Attached is a screenshot of the problem I believe you are describing.
I am running intrepid x86_64 with mozplugger 1.12.0 pulled in from the
jaunty repos.
It does not appear to be fixed in 1.12.0 and the lack of window
decorations make this problem annoying.

I don't know what the behaviour is supposed to be for other document
types, but if RTFs and the like are supposed to be swallowed in an
OpenOffice window (which would be my understanding from the config
file), that doesn't happen. So I don't think this is specific to PDFs.

This also happens for me. When I click on a link to a PDF in Firefox,
the document opens in a new instance of evince and the browser displays
a blank solid gray tab.
