to some ftp servers I can't connect no more (with places->connect to server), I
get a "invalid answer" message.

already been discussed on several bugs, gnomevfs was not doing any
mountings and the icons where special bookmarks, now you can use
standard bookmarks and gvfs is

The error only occurs on my 32bit laptop, not on the 64bit desktop I was
posting from last night, above.
